It's a reference to the wild lunge distance the energy sword had in Halo 2. Going Mach 3 after swinging your sword was common place.

I know what it is and I'm not playing halo
I know what it is and I'm not playing halo
Troll post and bait. The weapons the guy you are responding to and being a little p1ss boy to are from the anniversary package. Weapons and armor from games from Bungie's past. Marathon and Halo being forefront. Now you can go back to being argumentative and salty while the rest of us enjoy our funny zoom sword.
-
It's not worth it man, bro is just upset that guns from different games are in destiny.
-
He's just wants to spew hate. Maybe he can't get the red-border drops to craft his own.
-
Ahh yes I know where their from? Piss boy .so you run along and learn to read..piss boy
-
Ahh yes I know where their from? Piss boy .so you run along and learn to read..piss boy
Apparently you can't read. Why you shouldn't skip class, kids. Oh please keep affirming your status, piss boy. 🫠
-
Piss boy are you laughing?
-
It's like watching a kid learn a new word.
-
If you know what it is then you also know why it's in the game. It's like Blumt Execution Rounds for the battle rifle, another perk that's a nod to how the weapon functioned in Halo.
-
We're not playing halo and talking about a sword that's been in the game for 2 years. Ty for not reading.
-
I know we aren't playing halo. The fact is these weapons are direct references to halo and have perks exclusive to them that also reference how they were commonly used in halo. Are you upset that the Forerunner (a fun two in one reference to halo the first being the CE Magnum and the Forerunner species from the games) allows you to use a halo frag grenade? What about Retraced Path being a reference and working like the Focus Rifle from Halo as well? There's better things to be upset about in the game my guy, chill.
-
I could careless. At what point am I using that side arm..seems like your confused at which game your playing. Again this isn't halo and I don't care about references. Read my post. Eager edge serves no purpose ..zero
-
It's purpose is fun, you know the thing you play video games for? If you don't like the Halo weapons you don't have to use them.
-
Well thank you for reinsuring on my decision but I don't and won't need your approval. Good luck on your halo adventures
-
Thanks I will, I love the Halo guns
-
Awesome. You probably love wearing a helmet too
-
I love trolls so much, have fun being angry about fun guns my man. My advice is to take a break for a bit
-
I didn't ask you. We're an I trolling you and some other get pissed over my opion and you send countless replies to convince me your right. Who's trolling who. Lmao. Helmet boy
-
I'm not trying to convince you I'm right, just trying to have a polite discussion on your public forum post. You say the perk serves no purpose, I'm explaining why the perk exists in the first place. Again if you're getting this pressed over guns in a video game you should really take a break.
-
It's ok he can't spell eris morn right so what do we expect
-
Hmm I'm not pressed. I am having a conversation and a sword isn't a gun ty
-
"I'm not pressed" says the guy who has done nothing but hurl insults and conduct themselves in a combative manner. Look man I get it, you don't like the perk and that's fine. The vast majority of players do and it's part of the reference to halo so it isn't going anywhere. There are far more pressing issues with the game than a silly reference perk on a silly reference weapon. Go take a walk homie, the fresh air will do wonders.
-
I'm sorry I'm not attacking anyone who hasn't attack MY opion. Have I?
-
You've been attacking everyone with a differing opinion. Especially this dude who has been patient and has given you loads of data explaining why it's in game. You just choose to sit on your hill and push everyone back down.
-
I haven't attacked you, all I did was answer your question of why does the perk exist. Not everything is a personal attack man.
