Stat Mod Costs
I really think all armor stat mods (recovery mods, resilience mods, etc) should cost 3 energy, while all minor stat mods should cost 1.
There is no reason why intellect should cost more than discipline and having this cost disparity hurts buildcrafting while stat min/maxing.
