Just got Necrochasm catalyst completed, but don't have Necrochasm or quest
I have Eidolon Ally (did the initial quest steps for it) and just got the Necrochasm catalyst completed as per the "Patterns & Catalysts" section of the collections screen, but I don't have or got Necrochasm, and I also didn't get any Necrochasm related quest. The Eidolon Ally related quest has also disappeared from my quests overview.
What is going on here? How should this be going on?

The triumph and catalyst complete notification unlock after you obtain 35 essence independent of actually owning the gun or catalyst. In your quest log you should have a quest named 'Bottomless Pit' that mot likely is on the step to defeat Crota. Once you do that step you will get Necrochasm. To get the catalyst there are 2 plate encounters that have to be done - one at bridge and the other after you beat Ir Yut
