I've had a longer break from Destiny 2. Wanted to get back to it yesterday, but I cannot go to any destination, as I'm getting a black screen for 30-60 seconds and ultimately a "CABBAGE" error. Every time.
What I've done so far:
Reinstalled Destiny 2
Cleaned Steam Cache
Restarted my PC
Restarted my router (both soft and hard reset)
Updated my router firmware (Asus RT-AC86U)
Disabled UPnP and forwarded the ports indicated on the CABBAGE error page
Enabled UPnP with port forwarding both enabled and disabled
Made sure Destiny 2 traffic is allowed in Windows Firewall
Despite what the error description says I find it unlikely that the issue lies on my side. Every other piece of SW works perfectly fine. Are there any other steps that I could try, or is it just sit and wait?
It's pretty frustrating not being able to play a game I've bought - all expansions and the base game before it became F2P...
