Sorry probably against the rules…
But stick their accounts in a raid boss horde mode where they’re unable to play the game at all. Just straight up stuck in a room with each other and forced to endure the greatest of all time beat downs.
And if they do manage to escape turn friendly fire on and mark them as HVTs through out the game. Allowing the entire Destiny community to hunt them. Oh… and the cheaters can’t hurt or harm or do damage to guardians. It’s just a one sided hunt.
Just a fun and terrible idea 😂😂😂

Or better yet make it so if you kill the Cheater you get a free bright engram

4 Antworten1. First - what actually defines a ‘cheater’? 2. Does using an exploit (‘cheese’) count? 3. How about lag / latency = bad cnxn - not due to the player’s fault? 4. Does it (only) apply to Xim /Cronus /other add-ons? 5. What about extra paddles (controllers) or macros (PCs) - do they count? And so on… It’s a very slippery slope with way too much of a grey area to be definitive, imho. 😵💫 Here’s one (repeated) suggestion… Utter Mayhem - a ‘free zone’ to use whatever device / exploit one wishes to explore, in a mega game of Clash…open to all…with added swarms and hordes as additional enemies, where only the truly awesomely overpowered gamers are free to strut their stuff, as desired. Spectators can observe with a freely accessible buff, to get right in amongst the action, and see what all the fuss is about re the a/m ‘unmentionable’ unmentionables! 😉 Caveat: any player who enters the game mode will forever thereafter carry a mark - like that green or yellow spike of light, from way back; this does not apply to spectators. Good for the curious / curiouser amongst us. And can help solve thorny questions down the road; eg, is that Guardian ‘cheating’??? 🤔 Just some thoughts. Ease springs! 🫡

I don’t think that boss horde will do much to the flying titan who’s popping wells and blade barrage every three seconds...
-
I’ve seen other games handle cheaters better. For example, if you remove pve access (raids, strikes, loading into patrols, etc…) then make it so they only match with other known cheaters, then they can have their garage experience and won’t ruin others. You wouldn’t even have to worry about SBMM or cbmm for the cheats, long queue times + laggy experiences AND facing whoever cheaters

2 AntwortenCounterpoint: Ban cheaters. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
-
Rather than reporting cheaters, you should feed them to the blood starved beast!
-
What you all don't understand is cheating is encouraged. Bungie is making money off of cheaters. Look at the millions they won in legal cases. We can't even type bad words but somehow pay to win posts never get flagged. If they completely prevented cheaters from accessing the game then they would be paying for a security feature with no return on that investment. I know what you all will say. Without the cheaters the game will be batter and more people will play. Nope! Not even close. That would mean the game has to rely on creativity and we see where that has gotten us.

Should have lobbies just for them inside of PvP as well 🤣

3 AntwortenGet ready to get banned for talking about bans and cheaters lol
-
1 AntwortenYes, lets make new content for cheaters lmao. Nailed it.
-
4 AntwortenThey should just be put in a cheaters pool where they only match against other cheaters. I remember another game did this and it worked well. Wish I could remember which game it was though. If they can’t fully fix the cheating problem, segregate them.

BRAVO - Yes Doom final encounter for all cheaters eternally! Every logon takes you directly in, no escaping out, any attempt takes you back in. Make it device wide so no matter what game or activity they choose boom in they go. The ultimate viral hack ever!
-
This is basically just like a ban. They are locked out of pretty much all activities except to stand around and die. Why would the cheater even entertain that?
-
I'd pay silver to see that
-
1 AntwortenI think they should be banned in the most all-encompassing way possible, but failing that, it would be very funny to have them be branded as a cheater for everyone to see. Special emblem and title, permanent equipment lock of no weapons at all and the most basic armour possible, inability to ever collect items and such.
-
Honestly the best way to deal with cheaters probably wouldn't be to just ban them I think it would be more effective to lock their matchmaking so that they can only match other cheaters so that they don't actually know they got shadow banned for cheating. Then they also have to deal with their own garbage.

I rather like that one game that made cheaters see players that weren't there.
