Veteran’s Flair is not in the list of transmat effects since the new changes. It is still available on ships who had it equipped previously, but can’t be added to new ships or re-added to ones who had it previously if it’s been removed. When looking at it from a ship who has it, it can be favorited but it’s still not showing up on others. Sad to see, hope this gets fixed!
