There's certain perks on the seasonal artifact that it won't let me choose. I click on it and it just doesn't activate. The two perks it won't let me accept is Frenzied Stacks, and Elemental Munitions. I can choose any else but those two. If i hover over perks earlier in the artifact that I selected it says "Requirements not met." But doesn't give me a reason why I cant select the two perks. Is anyone else having and issue with this or is it just me? Are there any fixes?
