Too many battlegrounds
I like the idea of adding some of these seasonal activities to the vanguard playlist but not all three from the same season. They just bloat the playlist and end up making you do the same thing over and over again. Also I have not have one instance of the Heist BG: Mars this season where people don’t leave instantly.

That way if you do get one its not common and can shake up things a bit without being overbearing and if you don't like it you can leave it, and it would be pretty unlikely you'd get another one.

This is what the casuals wanted. They hated speed runners, being abandoned, pulled forward, enemies despawn and less ads for their bounties. And now we have battlegrounds that fixes all those problems.

I miss the old fast strikes.

Battlegrounds suck. They have always sucked, and always will. As a seasonal activity, and in the strike playlist. Nobody wants to spend 20-25 minutes average, crawling through a map with endless adds, and boring, sleep inducing dialogue on comms. It's not fun, rewarding or worth the effort.

I quit last season already because of it. Once people complete a battleground GM they will never do it again and good luck finding people to farm for the nightfall weapon , exotics or whatever but the other actual GM's are getting farmed for the nightfall weapon , exotics and all because they are fun to play in the first place . I gilded conquerer for the 7th time last season and don't care to gild it for the 8th time because of battlegrounds . It is like bungie does not know the difference between a nightfall and a battleground ... Sad , very sad .

1 AntwortenIt's pretty difficult to run a playlist strike these days. I mostly get the corrupted which I leave most of the time.

Ran 20 strikes since reset 11 battlegrounds 3 corrupted 4 insight terminus 2 lightblade There's STILL a daily playlist it seems of 2-3 strikes each day. It's been like this for 9 years, they know it's a thing & tried to fix it once & had to revert it after a few hours as it caused game crashes. It's hard to defend the incompetence tbh

Because the playstyle of D1 style nightfalls is lame. Whats the point of considering yourself as conqueror material if all you do is find a nice cheese spot and chip away at the boss?
