So I just did a preorder through the Playstation Store for the upcoming DLC and Annual Pass, have a confirmation email, charge on my card. I went to the new terminal for where preorder stuff is and nothing is there. It's also not showing in my collections. When I go to the destinations screen and go to the pre-order button, it looks like I haven't preordered at all. I logged out of the game and went back and nothing is showing. Playstation support is almost non-existant, keeps telling me there's 500 people in line and then has booted me a couple times and when you try to go back it tells you that you're back too soon. Any ideas out there?
