Pretty much as the title says. I used to have a lot of fun in this game solo. It was the perfect blend between being playable solo and being playable with your clan. Now since the difficulty changes it’s a truly miserable experience to play solo. I honestly don’t get Bungie. Just as everyone is leaving the game to await the final shape they punish everyone who sticks around forcing you to find a live clan to play with, by which time the game is 6 years old, the cliques are established and the former solo player is now in an unplayable game. I tried to do something as simple as get a tier 7 deep dive done this week. Clan is dead, so hit matchmaking, no one is talking. No one knows how to do the toland mechanic, no one knows the level of DPS you need. This game just isn’t fun to play any more. I’m anticipating all the manchildren that live to gatekeep this game 24/7 saying I’m just salty or git gud, but seriously, outside of the streamer basement dwelling blockbuster video employee of that demographic, this game is in big trouble.
