Guys you went so hard on this thing that you killed it dead. It doesn’t even work on adds because they’re dead already…. Fix this ish. Please? This was not a nerf that is equivalent to the heart of inmost light’s nerf (which is still usable).
I mean if you haven’t play tested it maybe you should. It’s junk.

17 AntwortenLooking at it, the SP is still a damn good exotic. Keep crying, whinelock.

4 AntwortenSP was a crutch for so many players who were lazy and had no build diversity. Knew a sad sap who stopped playing the game when SP was nerfed because that is all they played.
-
1 AntwortenStar fire was way too strong. It single hadedly made demolitionist a good perk and it was able to solo raid bosses. A nerf was completely justified run something else
-
2 AntwortenWhile I agreed that a nerf was needed the recent nerf just killed it and people's now are just on sunbracer doing more damage than what starfire could .....

6 AntwortenThere's people who disagree with you.. Those are also the same people you can thank for the decay of the game, decline in civility, and the endless self-destruction of the core principles of the game.

16 AntwortenWhat's wrong with it? You get 2 fusion grenades and your grenade energy recharges with every kill. It's still a good exotic, it's just now not a broken exotic for boss DPS
-
To be fair HoIL got nerfed after a pretty substantial nerf to touch of thunder storm grenades, which is what people spammed to cheese high end content. Even though the nerf to starfire is worse than the one to HoIL, touch of flame fusion grenades are still a solid pick in all content, including PvP.

What? Are you kidding me? They playtest the game a whole ten hours a week! I mean, come on! /s Seriously, though, they'll never un-nerf it because it was busted as a solo-Boss damage exotic.
-
I honestly agree that SP deserves a buff as the nerf was way too strong, however i also know that it was way too OP prior to the nerf. The new version barely works when it comes to dealing boss damage unless there are a ton of ads around which isnt always an option, but the older version was too good as solo boss DPS. I believe that it should be closer to around 10% to 12.5% per damage tick as while it keeps the exotic usuable it doesnt allow it to be so dominant. Warlocks dont have the best options for PvE damage exotics outside of Sunbracers (which require a melee kill to proc and that isnt always an option) and the new helm which only works if you match your sublcass with the tracerifle making it pretty bad in raids or dungeons. Im not saying SP should be completely reverted to how it was but instead deserves to stay a viable option without being the only option. It deserves to be in between where it is now and where it was.

When something gets the hammer, it’s dead. You need to move on because that exotic will never be touched again.
-
21 AntwortenNo. It was beyond broken. Sit in your Rift and throw grenades all day. Loreley got three nerfs (two indirect, one direct) in less time than it took Starfire to get one. And no, I am not a Titan main, I am a Warlock main.
-
7 AntwortenIt was beyond OP before the nerf, I do agree that they went a little far with the hammer but it's not far off where they should be at. You shouldn't be able to do more damage from a grenade than a super.
-
6 AntwortenI still think it’s arguably the best solar warlock exotic. Sunbracers are nice, but for single target damage starfire is still clear
-
Yeah, has a Titan main, that was way too harsh , they pretty much did what they did to Citans and said "we are going to make this useless" But Citans was just a fun PvP option to make Hunters and Warlocks cry , it wasn't our only legitimate DPS option Please Rez Starfire Bungie!!!!
