I don't know why I went from being unkillable to being two shot in a hero nightfall and I hate it
I've noticed a lot of things since Season of the Haunted that have gradually ruined my ability to enjoy this game. I remember the debut of Solar 3.0 being a high point where my Titan could gleefully facetank her way through hordes of enemies with a flaming maul. Now I can't even do a Hero level Nightfall without having to act like I'm playing it on Master. I need to rely on builds from Destiny Youtubers who do this for a living just to survive. It started with the nerf to Restoration, then the nerf to Resilience. There's no point in making a 100 Res build if you're going to make every enemy in this game two tap me in an endgame activity, Bungie.
And don't even get me started on those Threshers. You said you fixed them, but I'm onto you.

I can't entirely agree with everything you've stated, but I can't dispute the Thresher comment. They still suck. Although, if I'm being honest, I think the wolf-pack Wyverns and Interceptors are far and away the most absurd enemies on Neomuna, by a sizable margin.

I have max resilience, concussive dampener, burn and sniper resist and I’m still getting two tapped. This isn’t the crucible. I just don’t think this is any fun. I don’t want it to be easy but I don’t want things to feel dumb. I just don’t get it. The scaling in this game is terrible.

I have been playing since forsaken dlc dropped. I did solo flawless dungeons , GM's , raids , master raids and dungeons all with low resil for years. Just be aware of your surroundings , work together with your teammates , use your abilities and all. Nothing to do with resil. Now bungie nerfed resil so people who used to run in the middle of the map and getting hit by litterally everything will now die much easier. In other words : Don't run around like a dummy and play the game instead. So many builds , so many weapons , so many mods , so many exotics and all i hear is blablabla 100 resil stil 2shots me. Stop crying and play the game.

2 AntwortenGame is just an ability spam/hammer throwing sim now. Its your fault for trying to play it as a shooter you see. Seriously, though its no fun at all. Even their pet streamers are all off playing Diablo now. The gunplay was where destiny 2 really stood out.

Turns out if you’d invest into the game you claim to enjoy so much and understand the systems - you’d find yourself complaining this game is too easy. Quit being lazy.

Bungie wants you only use a couple variations of power creep while avoiding any sense of true variety in your “OWN” hands and perspective of how you play the game. The game is meant to be played in a “specific” manner and nothing more. You could play the game in a different sense but you are putting yourself in a bind by reducing any sanity you have for fun for bragging rights with no added benefit.

It’s okay to admit that you’re bad and need help, but don’t go around blaming the game for your ineptitude.

Put on synthoceps. Use sol invictus and roaring flames. Use ember of empyrean, ember or solace, and ember of torches. The last one is up to you. I like ember of resolve because you will have a lot of grenade uptime and it throws in some extra healing. Make sure you have mods for for creating orbs on melee kills and with solar weapon kills. Proper resist mods. I use the mods for more grenade energy on orb pickup but you can always use the one for healing. Also have the heavy ammo finder on your helmet. Run a solar trace rifle. Promethius Lense is definitely the best option but the legendary ones have some good rolls too. For your kinetic slot use another special you prefer. I like a chill clip riptide but it doesnt matter as long as its a special weapon. Then run a good LMG. Commemoration, Corrective measure, etc. You will basically always have heavy to pump out if your special gets low and you will be doing a lot of killing with your hammer anyways. Focus on 100 resilence and then discipline any left over goes into recovery. Set up like this you will basically have resoration active as long as you have stuff to kill, picking up your hammer gives you a burst of cure, and passing through your sunspots will give you faster ability regen. With all the buffs active your hammer will hit like a truck. There will be sunspots everywhere. You will have grenades nearly all the time. This is actually one of the best survivability builds in the game.
