So, I bought my significant other a PS5 recently and she had been playing D2 on Xbox for quite some time. I bought them the Legacy Collection and the Lightfall+Annual pass DLC as well. All of this was bought on the PS5. She setup her cross save today and moved her Xbox characters over to her PS. She was able to acquire her extras for Lightfall and her items from Rahools Secret Stash, from the annual pass. Even though in the eververse tab it says she has everything purchased, she is locked out of the current season. What can we do to fix it?
