Kephri's Horn does no damage on the returning wave hit unless hitting at the tip of the wave. Only the scorch is applied to the target when they are hit a second time by the wave. At the tip of the wave right when it begins to return, it seems that it can still deal its damage, but past that tip it will only apply scorch. Reproducing the Issue: Equip Kephri's horn.
