3 AntwortenDepends on application and purpose, my flightline boots are comfortable enough for walking and working, and have a steel toe for safety, these are heavy, I do not recommend for backpacking or hiking, also they aren't waterproof...

1 AntwortenWearing a pair of Georgia Boot Loggers. Had 'em about 25 years. Got a newer pair and they smelled like new tires for over a year. But they do make me two inches taller. Weird thing; the villagers in Frankenstein always knew when he was coming because of the new tire smell. Fact.

6 AntwortenNah, I bought a pair of boots a while ago and they sucked. They were hard to put on & take off, hurt my feet, and didn’t look good at all. Not to mention they fell apart in 3 months. I’m happy to have gone back to shoes.

I think it depends on the style of boot, and what activity you're engaged in. Of course, there are types of boots for nearly everything, so I suppose your statement is accurate.
