It's because you tried to secretly go in and stealth nerf a bunch of stuff that wasn't actually a problem, and ended up breaking it in the process. Is this divine karma? You basically tried to steal our wallets by making us watch the $20 bill in one hand while you used your other hand to fiddle through our pockets, except you all basically have the finesse of house cat hopped up on cat nip and chucked the wallet into the river. Fix all of these screw ups, until you do, I'm not even turning the game on.

64 AntwortenBearbeitet von TheShadow: 4/20/2023 11:07:47 PMDespite anyone's opinion that disagrees. This business always changing things is why this game has way too many issues, "fixing things" that don't even need to be touched at all and they end up causing more problems for the game than anything else and the entire game literally shows it. You can't hide the mass amount of bugs, issues, glitches, etc... because of their bad coding. It is a fact that is literally in plain sight. This business is working with an engine/P2P from 2001 that has issues, and the more they change things the worse this game gets. These people are the reason all the talent that used to work for them left them. It is unbelievable on how poorly managed this game is, and they have the nerve to pretend they are doing a "good job".

they don't care about the players, everything that happens with the game is just -blam!- up

6 AntwortenIn professional software development we have to have strong source code control and version control systems. People can then work on different projects and update the right version so everything stays consistent and in sync. I'm starting to believe these "extra" changes not in the Patch Notes were part of a different branch meant for a future update and that's why they were never mentioned in any TWAB or similar, and why the Guardian Games triumphs have switched on, and the title has "reset" to Hunter It's a very bad thing to release a mainly untested code branch meant for the future, from a source code control perspective. Very bad.

Yeah sounds right

This game is in the bogs.

4 AntwortenBungie doesn't fix things. They monitor what benefits the players too much and heavily adjust it to not, while monitoring what players don't engage with enough and slightly adjust it to see if anyone will bite.

Bungie has been lazy and incompetent for a decade or so. That’s what the problem is. A little intelligent organization and actual planning instead of rushed “good enough” patches for years on end could’ve fixed issues. A little more money invested for servers, new engine, quality developers…this game could be exponentially better. Bungie is happy with “good enough”. Imagine if they weren’t cheap and lazy.

2 AntwortenNo some of it was a problem, hunters were getting their super waaay too fast.

Seeing as you know which clearly defines you have knowledge of what you say can you maybe list the bunch of stuff? Maybe just list 3 to start the discussion.
