It’s getting a big worse. Usually when due dates creep up I do something about it. Now I really don’t care. Same with a lot of other things like going out to the gym or doing something with friends. Any way to fix this?

6 AntwortenYou might benefit from talking to a therapist. You could bring it up with your doctor if you still get regular checkups. If diagnosed with depression you’ll likely be recommended to do a combination of therapy and SSRI meds, but I’m not a medical professional of any type (just speaking from experience). Therapy helped me identify why I was procrastinating. For me it was an anxiety thing and procrastinating was a way for me to avoid stuff.

1 AntwortenAdderall works, but you need to change your life style and habits as you use it or you’ll just end up back at step 1.

Culture as a whole is becoming less vibrant. If you're younger it may be mostly a post--blam!- thing. That's all I got.

Age Apathy Nothing is exciting as it used to be Life in general The only way to fix it is to find something to do that you enjoy and excel in. New hobbies, maybe join a new club or organization that does things in and for the community. It doesn't get better if you don't invest yourself into it.
