What movies good for St Patrick’s Day?
Like I’m on my 3rd Guiness looking at grandpa photos and embracing my 40% DNA (rip grandpa)
Any Irish movies that are worth watching today? Shows are ok 👍

3 AntwortenMy fave, just for tradition and the outstanding cinematography will always be [i]The Quiet Man[/i], but it can come off as dated and it's certainly not for the WF out there. I've included some others to round out the field. [i]Michael Collins[/i] - historical drama [i]The Snapper[/i] - comedy (Colm Meany is [b]outstanding[/b] in this!) [i]Waking Ned Devine[/i] - comedy [i]Finian's Rainbow[/i] - classic comedy/fantasy [i]The Commitments[/i] and [i]Wind that Shakes the Barley[/i] have already been mentioned, but they're both worthy of your time. And remember, if you're out drinking today, it's not a Black & Tan, it's a Half & Half.
