For some unknown reason Bungie only knows, vendor icons are flashing for me when there is NOTHING to collect or turn in need to be turned in. Please Bungie, turn the vendor flashing icon off when there is nothing to collect from the vendor. It’s super annoying to me to see this every time I look at the Tower or Xur’s Treasure Hoard. I can only guess the frustration from new lights have to see the flashing icons, only to find no reward.
