Xur didn't drop me the Exotic Cypher despite me doing the quest I did the quest and when I went to xur it confirmed that I finished the questline but I didn't get an exotic cypher. I checked my postmaster, vault, and inventory of all three of my characters and there's no exotic cypher anywhere to be seen... Pls help
