All classes can use the new fragment and the exotic has 1 main effect of tracking the target you are looking at and a damage boost when the target is about to die. Also which version of one eye mask are you talking about. It’s been nerfed multi times because it’s been such a problem.

In addition pre-nerf OEM would mark an enemy that damaged you even if you never actually saw them (say if they shot you in the back and ran around a corner before you could turn around). Foetracer on the other hand requires the user to hover their targeting reticle near an opponent for a second before the target is marked. Finally the fact that this functionality would be the result of the combination of an Exotic and a Fragment that is only available for the Void Subclass inherently makes it less problematic than OEM which didn’t require any additional build-crafting. All of this is not to suggest the combination of Foetracer and this new Fragment won’t perhaps be a tad overpowered; rather that it won’t be as [i]nonsensically[/i] OP as the original OEM which required four nerfs to finally bring it down to Earth.
