7900 xtx foliage shadow flicker
While using the 7900 xtx AMD graphics card on the latest drivers & game version, Foliage shadows flicker.

I previously had a 3060ti on the same system without issue. Now with the 7900 xtx, I see foliage shadows flickering. All settings maxed out at 4k. I experience this no matter what I change my settings to.
