I have bought every both games, and every dlc almost separately, now seeing as there's probably people who have done that and bought all seasons alone is 665 dollars, and that's before any extra silver bought for eververse stuff. You've made almost 200 million off this game, and you'll make more with the yearly expansions. A subscription service would only chase players away, playerbase would dwindle, and people would feel scammed. This is a bad move. Do not do it.
