I was working on the legacy quest "Sails of the Shipstealer" for the first time as a returning player. once I reached step 6 that claims I have located a pirate hideout it doesn't show the icon at the helm. it does show the tracked objective is at the helm. but that's it. after some googling I discovered I was missing a icon. It appears my quest is soft-locked. this is also not only the case with my account my other two friends (we're all returning players) progressed through the quest steps we are all stuck at this step.
