I understand low player population but the population that loves rumble really LOVES rumble. Me included.
Most pvp games I play, my favorite playlist is free for all. Its a totally different niche that team based modes dont fill the gap of.
I think relegating a core and unique gamemode like rumble to 1 week a month is a real shame and it feels like the wrong direction. We should be working towards adding a competitive rumble playlist not limiting the only rumble playlist to very infrequent.
Please reconsider bungie.

As a Scorched/Mayhem enjoyer, I agree! Enough weekly rotations! Make them daily! Fresh content every day without waiting for a month for a rotation! Variety, Bungie! It's the spice of life!
-
Did you see the population/play time rates??
-
Probably due to how it plays out, corner camping fusions and shottie spam, less focus on movement unless a good player.

2 AntwortenI liked rumble until it got hijacked by pvp elites and pushed everyone out. That’s why the population is low. Snake ate itself
-
1 AntwortenI feel bad for the players losing the mode as a regular activity but I’m assuming it’s not carrying itself to justify resources being used toward it.
-
1 AntwortenAlternatively they could just make the weekly rotator…A daily rotator.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Dante: 11/18/2022 9:49:28 AMwell no more afk farming it was boring mode anyway you usualy had to play against bots or 1 Jim sweating his -blam!- off with the most meta build possible once in a while

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Talia Sendua: 11/18/2022 11:42:40 AM
I understand low player population but the population that loves rumble really LOVES rumble
Because a few hundred players loving it doesn't justify a wasted playlist slot for entire remaining pvp community. I played rumble in the last 3 years maybe 4-5 matches and left immediately because it is so sweaty and unfun, even for me.
-
Because all rumble is is just AFK farmers and Vultures stealing kills and picking off whoever's weak from a fight

1 AntwortenWouldn't a Freelance option in the PvP modes circumvent things, though? Serious question. Rumble - 6 players shoot each other in the head, and the person with the most points wins. Going in solo. Freelance in a 3v3 or 6v6 PvP mode would still apply the same core concept (shoot players in the head), just with more players in total, potentially, and an objective that can willfully be engaged or ignored. Matchmaking being in fair consideration of course. But does relocating Rumble really change anything, besides having a preferred mode that can't be played, when someone is in the mood for it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
1 AntwortenRumble is 3 good players trying to farm the 3 bots. Let it go away like how they got rid of my favorite game mode which was supremacy.
-
3 AntwortenNo one plays it. Did you not see the graph the rest of us saw?
-
12 AntwortenBecause its one of the most toxic playlist where way too many obvious cheater go "practice"
-
Not a fan of it either, as I used rumble to test out guns for specific circumstances in it. Only mode I can semi-tolerate these days.
-
1 AntwortenObviously, they are compressing their player pop. This game is on the decline BAD since SBMM was implemented. And since they wont upgrade their networking or even try to create a workable form of SBMM, the only recourse is to lump all your players into select pvp categories. This in turn will cause even more players to quit because their preferred mode is gone. Truly genius plans ngl

3 AntwortenIt's a terrible mistake. But hey, that's the norm for Bungie.
-
Good now players will have to play on a team lol
-
it was next on the list
-
Definitely bad move on their end. Rumble should only rotate between CBMM and SBMM weekly or daily and should be the only mode that can do so.

1 Antworten... this is the company that vaulted their own plot because it wasn't being played whilst also not giving us a way to replay it ... So yeah ... goodbye Rumble, sorry to those who'll miss it.
-
rumble was the only saving grace for me in PvP, real shame FFA modes have become this niche thing with modern multiplayers. guess zoomies aint built like that.
-
2 AntwortenI could be the savior of this company, I could save pvp and make destiny a top 5 game on all platforms But much like Jesus, I am being denied. The Jews (bungie) will acknowledge my ideas are good, but won’t admit or believe I am their savior It’s really that simple. I am the truth

5 AntwortenBungo: we had a top .1% streamer complain about Rumble the other day…Eververse has new items though.
-
This is gonna backfire, I don't think bungie realize its low because that's where all the sweats go. Same with elims.

9 AntwortenComing from #1 in the world for rumble games played who has played it exclusively for years, Bump 🫤

12 player rumble I would upvote.
