Hello guardians, I hope you have had a great weekend I've been banned, like the title says, it doesn't disclose if I'm permanently banned or just a ban that can be lifted. I can admit I have used stuff like AFK farming as a form of exploiting the game, and I won't give a silly excuse to be forgiven for that reason, but I think the main reason for my ban is my lousy connection. I've tried playing crucible with my connection which has led to me disconnecting from like 5 matches since this season started. Is that enough to be banned? I think it's because of that cause in their article about bans (bungie.net/ban) it says that I could be barred if I disconnect or leave matches. Is there any direct contact with Bungie support to help me recover my account? I haven't even thought about cheating on the game considering my hours put into it, played since 2018, the game has been my favorite and I've met a lot of people along the way so I wouldn't have dared to cheat on it considering the game is enjoyable as it is. I used my account and transferred from PS4 to PC in early spring of 2020 I believe. If any information, proof, or evidence is required, I'm willing to provide it to fix this, cause being banned is unfortunate. I don't think the matter of being toxic, unsportsmanlike, or having bad behavior towards others is something I have been banned for because I think I can honestly say I've said something mean in text chat once towards people in gambit, along the lines like "you guys are so a**" which I think isn't that bad. Sure I t-bag from time to time but that isn't bannable is it? I tend to keep my cool on the game just to have fun. I've used stuff like razer synapse for my AFK farming, and I know that is a bannable offense, but I thought that was only for when you play with random blueberries and ruin the gameplay for them. I am willing to admit that and I'm willing to admit anything I've done in the game cause I honestly think this ban isn't something I deserve considering I follow the rules through, and through. If someone could point me in the way of a destiny support contact then that would mean the world. I don't want to lose all this progress, memories, and time to a single ban.
