You can try resetting your audio settings back to default and seeing if that fixes it. If that doesn't work then have a look at the video below as it may also offer some guidance.

The most consistent fix I’ve found is to be in an Xbox live party and have it toggled to game chat. I’m not sure why that is. I appreciate you looking into it though, thank you!
