I am tired of getting controller sniped through flinch
I can be putting a high cal high impact pulse burst into a guy and he'll still hit me in the head. And that is a very common occurence, happens all the time. When you go up against someone with a snapshot opening shot occluded finality with targetting adjuster, you literally cant peak lanes. Doesn't matter if you slide around the corner, jump around the corner, shoulder charge around the corner, dodge around the corner, or challenge by putting a pulse burst in their head, 9/10 times they will hit their shot. I don't know if it's an aim assist problem, target aquisition problem (and all those other technical terms) but it is definitely a problem.

2 AntwortenI love doing everything in my power whether it’s sliding, dodging, crouch-shooting, or hitting multiple crits on people, and they still manage to either hit a body shot or a headshot with their sniper lmao. Truly amazing how it’s even easier for people to slap on two sniper targeting mods and call it a day with minimal effort. We won’t talk about Lorentz/arby, as both those have been broken for a while still anyways.

2 AntwortenThey changed it in season 14 and ever since there is literally no point in challenging a sniper with a primary. High cal rounds do nothing anymore. I see a sniper on the other side and imma breaking my neck to close the gap because it’s pointless using my primary against them.

It isn’t exclusive to either input. In an interview, Chris proctor said they’re planning a change to make it harder to be shot by a sniper you’re shooting at.

People forget how no man’s and icebreaker religiously sniped through flinch. That was and still is the worst meta I’ve ever seen in any shooter

30 AntwortenNot everyone that snipes you is on controller lol. It’s such a overused excuse. I have anywhere from 12-20 people on my friends list that play MnK and they snipe between 80 to 93ish %. Some have built into flinch and some haven’t. Per Bungie Dev on Twitter MnK has 20% better accuracy and stability , and 10-20% more auto-aim

I mean Snipers are braindead as hell regardless of the input you’re using. I haven’t sniped in literal years and I was still cracking heads when I tried out the Defiance I got a few weeks back.
