Have you been doing the dungeon 1 time on all 3 characters?
The sword only drops if its your first clear on a character for the week

I was doing it with 3 characters in the beginning now I just can't be bothered so do it on titan or warlock. I have 2 of the extra drop rate chances aswell it's stupid cos my clan mate has had it twice with only 1 of the increased drop chances
