I am trying to get the Fragment Spark of Resistance from Ikora but it tells me I need to complete "learning light" to unlock. I believe this was related to some new light questline which I have completed, either way when I go to the terminal I also don't see any quest available for me to select. This is the only fragment for ARC I am not able to obtain, what am I doing wrong?
