So I got the Second Chance Titan arms today. I really like the two melee charges, but the anti-barrier quality is lacking. The travel time for the shield to reach the champion allows them to recharge to full health. I personally would like to see it changed to anti-unstoppable, but what are some other thoughts ya'll have?
