Everything about this Iron Banner match was normal until the second round when I died near the Spark spawn point shortly after picking it up, which seems to have caused some sort of interaction glitch that caused the Spark to duplicate for that round. As a result, we had two sparks in play for the entire round until one of them was dunked, which ended the round like normal and the rest of the match continued without issue afterward. I do have video of the full four minute round where both Sparks are picked up and passed between both teams multiple times but this thirty seconds seemed to be the important part where the actual Spark dupe occurs.
