How many wellspring does one have to do to get the other two exotic glaive patterns to drop? Ive been fairly patient with this,
Ive done it on both difficulties multiple upon multiple times,
Ive done it with my main character, both with the first exotic glaive equipped/not equip/not in inventory,
Ive done it on the other two class characters both difficulties, multiple times.
At this point ive been going since last season and thinking its cursed or bugged.
Why isnt this just a quest card, do this x number and recieve? The way other people have told me i should have gotten both of them well before the end of last season.

Only took a few to unlock all 3 for me once I unlocked the first initial exotic Glaive. The other 2 dropped fairly quickly.

Still haven't farmed the red frames to unlock the exotics just can not get the nrg to do ton of wellspring

1 AntwortenJust stop playing for a few weeks. Whether people want to accept it or not, and whether Bungie will ever admit it or not, there is more at work than just simple RNG. Think of it this way: Most slot / fruit machines have mechanisms in place to prime them for a payout; after x amount of plays for example. This doesn’t guarantee a payout but it does make them more likely to payout when primed. Destiny has some sort of mechanism that behaves in a similar way when it comes to exotics, it has to. New players and first time raiders don’t get raid exotics on their first run by just chance alone. Their accounts are certainly primed / flagged in some way as they are the players who need more incentive to play - the coincidence is too high to simply be random. Whereas, players who spend more time in-game, and run more end-game, will see exotic engrams drop more often and therefore not need as much incentive to play. There is no need to prime their account / the flag can be removed (depending on specifics of the mechanism). Note: This is my opinion. Many others share it. I’ve posted it for consideration and have no interest in debating it.

Bearbeitet von mxgreg: 7/12/2022 4:54:36 PMI got everything in about 40-50 runs I think. Just run a few each time you play and mostly play on one character.

Got my Warlock pattern grinding out the four patterns I needed for the sniper and the bow. Don't know how many runs Got Hunter pattern first Master run.
-
I don't even care about the Exotic Glaives because they still suck and aren't worth wasting my Exotic slot for. The best part of Wellspring is the Ascendant Alloys.

I have run 3-4 a day since getting first one over 90 days ago. I’m sure i’m over 300 easy and just finished legendary ones a few days ago.
-
I ran it nearly 300 before I got a pattern to drop
-
Completed quest on warlock. It took 13 for my Hunter. 33 for my Titan. I’m never going back!!!
-
After countless runs to get enough red border just for the frames needed to craft the first exotic glaive, it took me twice as many runs to get the other 2 patterns. I dropped a video so you can see that it just pops up at random. I got the Warlock frame on my Hunter and the Hunter frame on my Warlock.

A lot, but the 1st master clear per character each week seems to have the highest drop chances. Or atleast that's how I got both my RNG glaves. Also they can drop on any character. I got my warlock glave while playing hunter and my titan while playing on my warlock.

I ran around 50+ normal runs before my second one dropped. And it was for my Hunter when I was playing as my Warlock. About 10 runs later, it dropped for my Warlock too.

1 AntwortenThey’re random drops. You could get the pattern on your next run, or the 50th run from now.
