Game won't start after 4.1.0.4 Patch (Steam) (Resolved)
Update 19:23. Issue resolved after full uninstall / install completed.

Downloaded 4.1.0.4 patch.
Start Destiny 2.
Message: Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Yes
Destiny 2 closes.
Verify integrity of game files. All good (2183 files).
Start Destiny 2.
Message: Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? No.
Battleye launcher displayed.
Destiny 2 closes.
Exit Steam, Reboot PC.
Repeat above steps, same outcome.
Steam Error Message: An error occurred while updating Destiny 2 (app running)

The only reason it would ask you that is windows blocking battleye or some instance of steam or destiny
