5 AntwortenDON’T DO IT!!!! DON’T YOU DO IT!!! save yourself! my experience was terrible, and i’d literally suggest working anywhere else also, walmart doesn’t give a crap about their employees

I was never third shift, but the mess those guys used to make for us to clean up in the morning was outrageous. If it's your first job, well, it is better than being in fast food. But not by much.

1 AntwortenThe Marine corps will treat you better. I also have worked in Target. A bit snooty but it’s easy work and you get treated better than Walmart will.

No, but I'm sure many of the people here are experienced Walmart stalkers.

Bearbeitet von LahDsai: 6/8/2022 2:28:43 AMI did the night shift back in 2001... or was it 2002? As the new guy they'd ask you to stay late while sending the old heads home early because your pay rate was lower. Other than that it wasn't so bad except unloading the truck. They'd roll stuff out to you as fast as possible and you had to sort it just as quickly as they sent it down the line. Any delay and you'd get chewed out. Stocking the shelves wasn't so bad. Our store wasn't 24 hours and I was alone in sporting goods and occasionally gardening. Granted, that was all years ago and out in the boonies.

Don’t work in Target electronics either. I don’t know about the other departments but everyone looked dead inside and it got to me too

Haven’t worked for them but based off of the quality of the store I would say it’s a bad job

It wasn’t bad when they let me do my job (photo center), but they always pulled me to other departments, even if I was the only person in photo. But the thing is, you need someone in photo at all times, because they need to review orders, assemble certain products, and keep the printer running smoothly. Bleh, it was awful. Edit, misread “stockers” as “workers”, whoops. I did not stock.
