Duality armor to weapon drop ratio is discouragingly terrible.
I’ve gotten a single of the weapons I have actually gotten, haven’t seen Fixed Odds at all yet though. Meanwhile I’ve gotten at least 10+ boots among my multiples of every other armor drop. RNG is getting away from you guys again. It’s abysmal this season. The playlist weapons have massive perk pools and yet I’ve seen the bow drop only 3 times and never with even a single perk I’d want. I STILL haven’t gotten the Ogma roll I want. I’ve seen only 2 or 3 Staccato, none of which has Incandescent. Haven’t had the new Calus drop even once yet. Playlist/world drops are the worst, but the ratio in Duality is really bad.
The odds that in general feel so against me to the point that I don’t feel like I have a direction in which to farm anything specific because it doesn’t feel like there’s any reasonable path to get it for quite a few new weapons that I want.

Just ran tonight . All armor drops . I thought they said they fixed this and would weigh it to weapons. They give us a complete armor farm in solstice armor but I can’t even get a gun from duality. Feels bad man.

I absolutely dread the drop rate chances in duality. I feel like I’m wasting my time. 90 clears I have 1 deepsight for the fusion. At this rate I’ll have 900 clears to get all 5 fusion and all 5 lmg’s. They need to change something

Bearbeitet von BSGame: 6/29/2022 9:20:20 PMOther dungeon bosses can be run in less than 30-60 seconds. I don't think being able to run the final boss in 5 minutes is a big deal. If they want to nerf the weapon drop rates for each encounter after the first each week, than the first time should be ALL weapon drops. No armor. I would say the odds is anywhere between 95-99% armor drop ratio after the first completion each week. Weapons sit at 1-5%. Good luck ever getting the pattern unlock for Fixed Odds or Epicurean if you didn't get it in the first couple weeks. Or even good/god rolls for any weapon in particular. - Talk about "fixed odds" for Fixed Odds... Most players will never get these pattern unlocks/god rolls by this season, this year, or even next year if the ratio stays like this.

To be absolutely fair the dungeon boss is being ran through in 3-5 minutes. Maybe less if your that kinda team. Imagine when everyone gets high enough light to run master duality in that kind of time. On the fine line of being free

I say the fact that you can potentially get armor from every encounter is bull, the weapon armor drop rate should be 70,30 we want weapons

1 AntwortenBecause bungo nerfed the weapon drops. Our team did nearly 20 final boss kills...I would say over 15 were armor or the horsedung fixxed odds machine gun. Bungo tuned it that way. What idiot actually thinks bungo would give and not take?

My first 3 clears the boss dropped double armor each time. The armor is also the ugliest set for each character ever made.

Normal dungeon=more armors and less weapons. Master dungeon=more weapons and less armors (artifice). Bungie 101 whether you like it or not. Your game time is matter. 😂

Its time the community wakes up and demands more rewarding loot systems everywhere in the game. This is a video game ffs. Bungie please respect our time more! Its getting out of hand!

6 AntwortenI must’ve cleared it about 10+ times and all but one time the last boss has dropped the machine gun. Others in my clan are saying similar things with other bits of loot. For me the mg is a 95% certainty.

I’ve been getting the grenade launcher a lot. I did manage to get the linear fusion with rapid hit and the helmet. Just one of each though. Other than that, grenade launcher.

1 AntwortenI agree with you. Ran Duality earlier on Saturday. Received gloves out of every chest. Every single chest gave me the exact same item. How bad is that?

I've just been messing about with that public event and sever mission and I must have had 15 out of 20 items be a warlock bond lol

I'd say it feels like 2/3 armor and 1/3 weapons to me, but it could just feel that lopsided because I only want weapons. Technically, you've got 5 armor pieces and 6 weapons in the loot pool, so it should be way more balanced than it is. This is personal experience after 6ish full clears, 20ish boss encounter farms, and 15ish 2nd encounter farms.

1 AntwortenAre you playing the proper checkpoints? Caityl drops so many pulses, epicureans and fixed odds. Many of us prefer to farm the 2nd encounter for the linear fusion.

Three clears, and I got the GL and Epicurean from my first run. Everything since has been armor. The struggle is real.
