Ammo needs to be cut down in pvp maybe 4 sounds about right

Agree, lemonarch is the telesto of bows and should be nerfed/sunset immediately. Stop crutching the cheese, you gonna melt it!

3 AntwortenAmmo is fine. It's the hot swapping that is the problem. The Quick Access Sling mod should not work on bows in PvP, or at least not as well as it currently does. Like all weapons their damage per shot relates to the ROF. Slower firing weapons do more damage per hot to compensate for the slow ROF in order to have a reasonable TTK with the weapon. Now combine that high damage per shot with the QAS mod and a hand cannon (which also has high damage per shot) and you basically have an infinite "special" weapon. Does it take some skill to pull off? Sure, it's not an easy button, but it's almost impossible to counter in a 1v1 situation. Only hope you have is that they miss. Same issue with breach loaded grenade launchers, but at least they use special ammo so its not unlimited. It's also typically slower to reload a grenade launcher so the combo isn't as obnoxious as it is with bows.

It has the lowest ttk of any primary weapon. It is perfect right now. Lightweight bows 3 shot body. If youre nerfing bows you still need to keep Lightweights viable. How will you keep bows viable as a special weapon?

They're primaries so they gey infinite. Primary ammo doesn't even drop anymore.
