Wings of sacred dawn buff?
Wings of sacred dawn have since launch of destiny 2 been my favorite looking exotic but they’re not that great and it’s sad to see, aiming weapons while airborne is actually quite fun but there’s not much benefit to it. Whenever you have to reload you just fall out of the air, and the damage resistance isn’t that useful when you’re just a glowing target for the ai to nuke. Any buffs expected for this exotic? Since next season will most likely be solar 3.0 with all the hints we’ve gotten is there anyway wings of sacred dawn can be buffed since they’re linked to the solar subclass? It would be nice to have the coolest exotic a gimmick but an actually useful one at that so I’ll give some ideas.
. Don’t fall out of the air because of the reload, it can be quite annoying falling out of the air because I have to reload my gun.
.giving it a damage boost while having tome of dawn active could be cool it isn’t that powerful and won’t really make it meta or anything (for pvp might be a little different story though.)
. How about it giving you a bit more movement while aiming? It’ll make it a small bit more useful to dodge the enemies bullets to some extent without making it too powerful
. Maybe even rework the entire exotic and turn it into a exotic that isn’t this big of a gimmick?
Anyway just wanted to share my thoughts over this exotic.
Hope this can be seen and maybe even implemented in the next season

8 AntwortenI cannot stress this enough: [b][u]That Exotic is tailor MADE for bows[/u][/b] Bows have near instant reload and take advantage of the slow descent making for a great fit and a nice angel aesthetic

Just use a subsistance /tripple/4th times weapon Tome of dawn with a reeds regret with tripple tap on rhulk flying high above his kicks and dark blasts is pretty fun.

The dmg resist really not noticed still got 3 taped from hand cannon with it on maybe a slight buff to that you take at least 1 more bullet kinda pointless perk otherwise, then again I'm definitely pve main

given what happened with titan helm no to the dmg buff for sure the rest decent ideas, i like that exotic too but it is asking to die in most cases some buffs would be cool

It’s a good exotic but hard to master. Also, I hope that with solar 3.0 you can use icarus dash and phoenix dive. That’s the buff this exotic needs to make it top tier.

I believe that they should add a second Icarus dodge to the exotic or second dodge while aiming down the sights.
