Agree with all of this Average or pve players have no point playing unless they get very lucky or get carried, and even going through 7 matchs of pain and you still have a low chance of a good roll I've gone flawless about 5 times this week i think and not a single Eye of Sol above 3/5 and only 1 with snapshot If it was Reeds or Summoner again i could see a small boost of players probably
