synaptic fanatic Triumph bugged for me
I have unlocked all of the seasonal artefact mods yet the triumphs still says I only have 13 of them

If you can reset your artifact on another character, the triumph might progress as intended afterward. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the next patch, which is planned to release on Tuesday, April 19th where you'll be able to reset the artifact when you own all 25 artifact mods ([url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/51241]Source[/url]).
