Can we change the behemoth super…
And make it more of a defensive super? Here is what I’m thinking:
It would be a one and done super. You slam the ground, creating a wall of ice. The wall is 2 crystals thick. These crystals are also bigger (taller)than a typical crystal, can take more damage, last longer than a normal crystal (like 25 seconds or something), provide damage resistance to allies standing nearby, and slow enemies that come nearby. Also, move it up to tier 2.
Basically, it would be a stronger version of the new exotic chest.
As it stands, behemoth is one of, if not the worst, supers in the game. It also has the longest recharge time, so that doesn’t help it out. It’s is super easy to avoid as you can jump out of the slam attack due to its long animation. It doesn’t help that crystals don’t freeze anymore, making the freezing a lot more inconsistent. All it is good for is creating crystals. So why not make that it’s purpose?

2 AntwortenWhy would anyone want that as a super? It just sounds like bubble but worse since you can’t move through the ice shards. So you’d pop your super and just be stuck behind a wall of ice? Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you mean?

Yes it’s bad. I’d definitely take a D1 striker style freeze blast slam instead.

To make it balanced, while carrying the Crystal you pick up, your movement is slowed, and you can't jump (basically, it'll be like using Icefall Mantle), but you take less damage while holding it.

Gonna give you a bump but would rather they sorta buff it ever so slightly. That being said, holy crap I love your post! If stasis gets second Supers I’d love to see this!

2 AntwortenAll light supers have two choices so should stasis but it should be a single aoe slam which creates crystals all around you
