Will nothing Manacles Drop? (No beyond light)
Will nothing manacles Drop from players like me who don't have beyond light, but do have Witch Queen?

As the seasons from Year 4 are no longer in the game all lost sector exotics from Year 4 now require Beyond Light ownership to obtain. Once Year 6 arrives the same concept will be applied to all Year 5 lost sector exotics, with them requiring Witch Queen ownership to obtain.

They will not, I spent about 3 hours unsuccessfully farming for star eater scales on my Xbox which didn’t have beyond light and then switched to my pc which does have it and got them first try

Maybe. I don’t know, for sure. As it was a season exotic you might be able to get it. I would say just try.
