I'm seeing some conflicting information regarding Destiny 2 expansions leaving Game Pass PC in April 11th. (Mostly on Reddit admittedly)
The note on the Bungie site seems clear enough but I just want to be absolutely sure before I spend money I don't need to.
As I understand it, If I have the expansions downloaded already, I will continue to be able to access them and play as usual, indefinitely, after April 11th as long as I continue to subscribe to Game Pass?
I do NOT need to purchase the older expansions outright to be able to continue to play with ALL content associated?
If I cancel my Game Pass subscription for a month and then rejoin, do I then lose access?

As a subscriber, you get access until your subscription ends or a game leaves the Xbox Game Pass catalog.[/quote] I don't know why Bungie's announcement makes it sound like the game will still be accessible if already installed after it is removed from Game Pass because that is not how Microsoft's PC and XBox Game Pass subscription service works. If you're still in doubt then just wait until April 11th or 12th. You'll know for sure at that point.

11 AntwortenHi there! Once the DLC is no longer available on GamePass, you will need to purchase it to continue access the content related to that DLC.

Gamepass is a rental system as long as things are on there. When something is not on their anymore, it is gone unless purchased.
