That's a text template, it is not his fault. He is limited on what he can answer. As this surfaced in mutliple threads by other mods now, it seems to be an official stance of Bungie too...however the wording is careful and professional so we cannot get a grip on this one. "You might want to consider upgrading...because Microdoft does not support it..." is even true. I also in all honesty understand Bungie's stance of wanting to move people towards 10,but this does not change an ounce on the current situation, that our OS is officially supported on every channel as working with the game,and this is not true, since 47 calendar days and counting, and that there is no real communication towards us in any way.
