Bungie must have one big gun to reach from their headquarters to wherever your nobody cares about middle of nowhere town is, so they could force you at gunpoint to play gambit.

Yea Gambit is a wash. Invasion is such a pain to deal with and all they needed to do was remove the wall hacks but grant the invader access to highlighting via aiming down sights. Players just use rockets majority of the time as invaders anyways. Just remove it and bring back Reckoning and add the other Trials of the Nine weapons plus the current and old Gambit weapons into it. Each phase grants a random legendary or 2.
