I have completed the quest to receive 100 synthcord materials and it plays the animation for depositing the materials at the loom but no synthweave straps are given. I have loaded out of the tower and tried fast travelling and walking back to reload The Annex, I also quit the game and retried an hour later after rebooting the game. But it still only completes the animation and does not give the synthweave strap.
