I LOVE LEGENDARY MODE
So what if I raged at the Cabal guy...
What if I wanted to jump out the window for an hour at....the Cabal guy....
What will we name him I wonder. Rockets McDickface is taken.
I may hate him. But I love Legendary.
It's great Bungie. Well done. Finely tuned and curated to meet the needs of the needy.

1. Im glad the general feeling is positive about Legendary
2. My freind pointed out, after I posted this, that I wasnt leveling per mission...so I did Guns McDckhed way under leveled...lesson learned
3. Cmon people, the Scorn boss was fiiine! Lol.. I had to jump in with a freind to help him. I used Stasis Hunter with the new seasonal exotic..which is badass btw..
4. After playing the final mision with a freind last night, and feeling the scaling of difficulty, I feel like there should be a 3rd chest for a fireteam of 2+ that should have a chance to drop something cool...

6 AntwortenThe Baron on ghosts mission, that was a -blam!-. Small arena to move about and -blam!- the stinginess of dropping heavy ammo. Game acted like it would have crashed if it dropped a heavy brick. Had special for days, but not even rocket launcher finder would get any to drop. Had to pull 2 clanmates in to clap the Baron.

Cabal guy. Nonono. Two cabal guys. Yes the scorn boss was hell. Who thought it was a good idea to piss him off and give him a flail? Guy doesn't know how to chill.

Me and my friends were panting at the end of that final fight on Legendary. Felt like a whole -blam!- marathon They did Legendary difficulty just right tho imo. Tense enough to be a fun challenge

The final mission (that boss fight) me and my brother lost an hour to. Mostly for being very sleepy. I think we were 40 mins in until we actually listened to our ghost to “shoot the wizards” after that it’s a cake walk… …a cake walk on a tightrope while molten hot knives are thrown at you 😅

It is infuriating at some moments, mostly due to glitches, but gosh, it's so satisfying! The worst part is teleporting ads - there's even a more aggressive position correction happening than ever before, and worst of all new ads appearing far from their entry points right behind your back. If not for these glitches it'd be absolutely perfectly balanced. And I wish I did not go in so underpowered...

2 AntwortenThe Legendary Campaign was a great way at giving us a challenge without being overly annoyed during the process. And when you finally got through the part that gave you difficulty, you actually felt like you accomplished something. My only gripe though is [spoiler] the Ahamkara boss was way too easy. It was the only boss fight I didn’t die at.[/spoiler]

Me too, me and my friend aren't of doing hard endgame content and we're actually enjoying it... More loot drops, we can change guns anytime and most important, no champions. Bungie really did well this time.

Nah scorn boss was ridiculous. I hate sniper bosses because the only way to make them hard is to give them good movement and good aim, and when he’s almost one shotting you at full health and the captains NEVER stop firing grenades, it gets pretty boring. Still finished it within 10 tries but it was getting on my nerves. The cabal boss was pretty ridiculous on solo, but child of the old gods made it rather easy.

I'm on mission 5 next. Tried to solo it in the main. That scorn boss. Was doing me every time. Joined a couple of LFG's but no joy. Then i jumped back in with Eyasluna, Null composure and Gjallahorn and did it first go. Contraverse with the vortex grenade and vortex bomb. Communion i had to start an LFG for the boss. Really good. Enjoying it at lot.

I really struggled on the shayura shell part of the mission, but it was satisfying when I finally beat it. I must admit, that I had to switch back to my crutch (telesto) during the boss fight. I have been mostly working on the arbalest catalyst while I’m doing these missions.

My cousin and I were playing on legendary last night and we were having a blast. Loving it so far.
