Need more GMs and a wider variety of strikes
GMs are by far the best part of Destiny. But there needs to be more of them, like twice as many. They are getting stale when there are so few to choose from. Bring some back from DCV or create new ones. Cut back on seasonal content, gambit, crucible or even raids if need be.

Who's choosing GM's? I wanna choose. Stuck on the worst one for the last week sucks. GM's, well-done dungeons and well-done raids are definitly the best activities

Every adept weapon I have took me more then 100+ runs to get the desired rolls. Not to mention rewards are split between 2 adept weapons per week. That’s repetitive and not fun in already frustrating content (remember, 100+ times… all adept weapons). All the new strikes I’ve felt since forsaken ask way more from the player then it probably should (hallowed layer, corrupted, proving grounds, glassway). And now I have to refarm EVERY adept weapon in the game again due to weapons 3.0. I think now, with my rng, I’ll be forced to do more then 750+ grandmasters for every adept roll again. I’m not looking forward to that. Grandmasters I feel ask so much of a player, especially when you have typical bad rng (which is why I’ve NEVER played a single trials game).

1 AntwortenI'd love it if they removed the light level requirement and just had them available all season. To clarify, because I know someone's gonna tell me to get good and level up, I do get to level on time each season, but I'd like to be able to play starting day 1 of a season and not have to wait until I'm done with the power grind.

10 AntwortenGM's are the worst part of Destiny. If you had showed me what GM gameplay is currently back in 2014 I wouldn't have bought the game. Hiding in the back of the map chipping away at bullet sponges and champion spam. Such engaging and exciting gameplay, oh my.

2 AntwortenYou want to know why I find Strikes to be so boring? Because they're normally too easy. Everything is just so squishy. Bosses don't even feel like bosses. At least Destiny 1 had enemies you could call Strike bosses. To enjoy an experience that really seems to be a challenge on here, you have to go to Nightfall Strikes, where then you get stuck with one Strike for the whole week there and Hero difficulty still isn't even that difficult once you've gotten to a decent Power level. And then if you're still looking for something more challenging, you have to raise the difficulty more and deal with no matchmaking, requiring you to either go through the extra effort to find someone online who'd want to join you or tough it out solo, which at that point, I think I'd enjoy a casual Hero Strike solo better. Not always, but those Champions become really annoying at times or I just can't run what I'd like to run like in a normal Strike. Strikes are not hype.

2 AntwortenWorst part about these forums is the trolls accessing your player history, but the general discussion on GMs is good. I wish a solo master nightfall gave the same rewards as a GM. And I wish there was something creative to do with ascendant shards. But to the guys and gals that grind out these things, I think gms are in a good place.

Disagree that they're the [i]best[/i] part of Destiny, but they are really neat and I'd love to see some new GMs in rotation. Not sure if I'd be okay with them cutting back on raids, and with no new PvP maps or gambit ones I'm curious how it's physically possible to cut back on them.

2 AntwortenWhat worries me a bit is the total lack of info on new strikes with WQ. Beyond Light only gave us one new strike and they were pretty talkative about the two cosmodrome strike returns. I just hope this doesn't mean one new strike as were losing more than that.

I agree, I love GMs, it makes you really think about your build in every aspect. Team synergy is critical too.

The Y1-4 strikes are bland, stale & need replacing & no, I couldn’t give two hoots about F2P players & their core modes If a player is still F2P after a month or 2, & hasn’t bought a season etc Then they never will They shouldn’t get a say on changes to Annual Comet/Crucible/Strikes/Gambit & DLC content

5 AntwortenThe "cut back on every other part of the game" is something very few people will get behind. I'm all for more strikes. The strike playlist has gotten stale and I'm not even sure they have confirmed new strikes with WQ or not. They said the battlegrounds (ugh) are moving to the playlist (stupid idea). But nothing about new content.
