Yes it's network related, but how do I know if it's my network or on bungies side? This problem has never happened until today, was there a recent hot fix that could have made this happen?

The most recent hotfix was 1/11, last Tuesday, I don't think it is the cause of the issues you are experiencing. The [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531]Network Troubleshooting Guide[/url] should help you a bit. Were there any changes to your networking setup that might be causing issues?
