Give tarrabah the vex treatment

The thing about Tarrabah is that it is where it can be mostly useless in the hands of the average player, but with the right play style, it can be a monster in the hands of others. Essentially, it can be a balancing nightmare. While I would love for it to hold its charge upon stow, that can lead to some major problems. I did see someone make a suggestion about losing 20% of th charge upon stowing, which did sound like a fairly decent compromise. I wouldn't know if that would be the best number to decrease it, but a loss in charge would be a good idea. Or they could simply have it so that they decrease the amount of damage you need to inflict until you can proc its perk by a small. And I mean only to inflicting damage, not taking. I'm just glad it isn't my job to do balancing in the game. Correction, I'm glad to not be working on this game. I have enough migraines as it is.

3 AntwortenBelieve me, I would love it if they did, but it would absolutely annihilate PvP balance. I used to think that it would be fine, but after having actually put the time into using it in PvP it just wouldn’t work unless they heavily neutered the overcharged mode at which point why use it

It would be overpowered as -blam!- if they did that, hence why they've already stated they won't be doing it.

The gun itself is actually very good, the only thing that kills this gun is switching to another weapon and losing the buff

Definitely. Just having the charge not go away when you stow it would be amazing. Just make sure to not have it generate charge while stowed.

Idk, like let it Retain the damage perk it has by letting it stay active (store damage) even when stowed. So you get the freedom to actually swap weapons without losing the Damage perk. A utility buff is all i ask for.

Tarrabah is already pretty incredible in PvP, but I’d like to see a catalyst that buffs it’s PvE viability. Something like subsistence and a couple stat bumps to make it feel more consistent.

It's too good already. Pure beast mode. Any more uptime and it would be game breaking in every mode.

4 AntwortenIt's a dangerous exotic. It has an very impressive natural TTK And with unleash the beast a legit god tier one. If they give it the ability to put the weapon away and still retain the buff itd just be broken. I know id save it to use against supers in pvp. I legit dont know how they could buff it besides giving it subsistence or something while in unleash the beast.
